Ghana Client Visited NEWINDU Office

On August 22nd, 2023, our longstanding client from Ghana, who had expressed their plans to visit China back in May, was invited to our Shanghai office for a company tour. Initially, the client had intended to apply for a business visa. Accordingly, we provided them with a business invitation letter, invoice, and contract as required.

However, their visa application was rejected by the local embassy, which demanded a government invitation letter. Despite repeated attempts, our Foreign Affairs Office couldn't secure the necessary registration. Eventually, we advised the client to consider a tourist visa, which proved successful. We proactively booked a hotel for them and, on the 19th, arranged transportation to pick them up from the airport and assisted with their check-in.

On the 21st, we led the client through a comprehensive company tour, detailing our primary business scope and other pertinent information. We engaged in discussions to gain a deeper understanding of the client's company and specific needs. Today, we accompanied the client to view dump trucks. Furthermore, we purchased their flight tickets for tomorrow's journey to Guangzhou and arranged for their airport drop-off.

Despite the initial visa challenges, we are pleased to have successfully facilitated the client's visit, ensuring they gain insights into our company's operations and offerings. We remain committed to serving their needs and fostering a productive partnership.
