Russia Client Visited NEWINDU Office

On October 26, 2023, a friend of our Russian client, with whom we've maintained consistent communication since last year, visited our company. A few days prior, the client informed me about his friend's plans to come to Shanghai and expressed the desire for them to explore our company.

To ensure a smooth visit for our client's friend, I engaged in detailed itinerary discussions beforehand. In the morning, my colleague Vera and I went to the station to greet the client's friend. As it coincided with lunchtime, we decided to return to the company together after the client's friend had finished lunch. Using a dynamic presentation format, we introduced the background of our company and the range of products we offer through a PowerPoint (PPT) presentation. The client's friend showed a keen interest in loaders and other busy machinery.

Given the client's friend had subsequent arrangements, we arranged a brief yet engaging tour of the company, followed by escorting them to their next destination.

Following the departure of the client's friend, I promptly provided feedback on the visit. Simultaneously, I will continue to follow up on the progress of the client's orders and provide quotations for the products of interest to the new client. Anticipating further collaboration in the future.
