Russia Client Visited NEWINDU Office

On September 25th, I saw in Moments that the customer was travelling in China. During the chat, I learned that the customer’s second destination was Shanghai. I temporarily invited the customer to visit the company, and the customer agreed.

During the reception, we confirmed the customer's identity and introduced him to the advantages of our company and products. The customer is a Russian, a middleman mainly engaged in the import and export of accessories. He has inquiries about the complete machine but has never imported it before. He introduced the import process to the customer.

The customer inquired about crawler cranes and bulldozers, introduced previous cases to the customer and quoted the machines his customer was interested in.

After the visit, we sent the customer a group photo to thank him for his visit.
