Russia Client Visited NEWINDU Office

The client arrived unexpectedly without prior notice. As it was my first time receiving a client, I felt anxious and requested my Supervisor to join me in welcoming the client.

During the reception, we confirmed the customer's identity and introduced our company and product advantages to him. As the customer was Russian and living in Guangzhou, he was referred to us by another Russian client for us to verify our credibility as a company.

The customer showed interest in our refrigerated trucks and XCMG excavators, and asked about the payment process for the PI paver. We assured him that we would provide the price as soon as possible after recording his configuration requirements. We also took him for a tour of the 28th and 27th floors.
After the visit, we sent the customer a group photo as a token of appreciation for his visit. Additionally, we gently reminded him to pay the paving stone deposit.
