Vietnam Client Visited SHANTUI Factory & NEWINDU Office

On 29 September 2026, we welcomed a customer from Vietnam who travelled directly from Guangzhou to Jinan for a factory inspection. Upon arrival, we met the customer at the airport and accompanied them to the factory for a comprehensive tour of its production facilities.

During the visit, the customer focused on several machinery models of particular interest. We introduced the relevant production processes, equipment configurations, and quality standards, allowing the customer to gain a clearer understanding of the machines and their manufacturing procedures. Following the on-site inspection, the customer expressed satisfaction with the equipment and its overall quality.

On 30 September, we accompanied the customer to our Shanghai office for further business discussions. Both sides held detailed conversations regarding machine configurations, technical specifications, pricing, and potential purchasing plans. We also addressed the customer's questions and concerns to ensure a clear understanding of their requirements.

The two-day visit strengthened mutual understanding and provided a solid foundation for future cooperation. We will continue to follow up on the customer's requirements, provide suitable machinery solutions, and support the next stages of the purchasing process.
